Our Impact

Since 2006, Team I Hate Cancer has raised more than $420,000 for our charity partners. We promote and celebrate our philanthropic work through our annual Radnor Hunt Races Tailgate, our colorful and dedicated TIHC Cycling, Running, Triathlon and Fishing Teams, growing stellar moustaches every Movember, an active social media presence, and our iconic apparel that family and friends are proud to rock around the world.

Thousand Dollars Raised

Over the past 12 years, we've been dedicated to raising money for our fantastic charity partners which include:

Active TIHC TEAMmates

Whether it's growing a stellar moustache during Movember, flying down the backroads in a custom TIHC cycling kit, showing off a snazzy bowtie or big fancy hat at the Radnor Hunt Tailgate, or sporting a pair of TIHC socks, t-shirt, mittens or polo, TIHC has over 100 proud active teammates supporting our cause each year.

Years Serving communities

When the Walsh brothers, Michael and CJ, started TIHC they wanted to raise money and awareness while having fun doing it. That desire has only grown tenfold. By joining the Team and wearing the colors, you're guaranteed to make memories while supporting a great cause.

Our Partners

Since being founded in 2006, Team I Hate Cancer has raised more than $420,000 for our charity partners, The Flatwater Foundation, Movember and  Livestrong, whose programs support families facing a cancer diagnosis, tackling men’s health on a global scale and funding cutting edge research driving towards a cure for cancer. Cancer doesn't just affect the patient, but instead, the network of friends and family trying to give support in their own way. Without these hardworking and generous charities the fight would be that much harder. So read up and fall in love with them just as much as we have.

The Flatwater Foundation

One cancer diagnosis can cause waves in all directions, affecting so many lives. We work to bring families coping with cancer back to calmer waters, so they can focus on navigating cancer, not the mental challenges of diagnosis.

The Flatwater Foundation mission is to deliver access to mental health services to cancer patients and their families in the Philadelphia area at no cost to program participants.

This includes access to both traditional and non-traditional methods of counseling including psychotherapy solutions and equine therapy sessions.

The Flatwater Foundation is committed to enabling those in need to “Live Inspired. Feel Empowered.”

We are the only charity tackling men’s health on a global scale, year round. We’re addressing some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.

We know what works for men, and how to find and fund the most innovative research to have both a global and local impact. We're independent of government funding, so we can challenge the status quo and invest quicker in what works. In 13 years we’ve funded more than 1,200 men’s health projects around the world. The Movember movement has grown to be a truly global one, inspiring support from over 5 million Mo Bros and Mo Sistas.

We’re committed to keeping things fresh, keeping the community informed, and always being transparent and accountable in our practices. So grow your mo and join the show!

At LIVESTRONG, we fight for the more than 32.6 million people around the world affected by cancer now. We provide direct services, we connect people and communities with the services they need, and we call for state, national and world leaders to help fight this disease. Patient-centered care means treating the whole person- emotionally, physically and practically. A cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming between deciding on treatment, figuring out finances, and dealing with fear and emotional concerns. That’s why we’re here: to make sure people and families get the person-centered care they need, at the time when they need it.

On June 21st, Brian, JB, Mike, Nathan & Tim rolled out of the Philadelphia suburbs with the goal of arriving on June 26th in South Bristol, Maine, 629 miles from door to door. It started as a casual comment, “How hard could it be?” After carefully mapping the route, devising a training plan, working through logistics and the nitty-gritty, the answer was clear: really hard.
